Shipping Policy

Free shipping on orders over 99 Euro in EU

All products available on our website, www.synchro2.com, are designed in Greece and made in Greece, Europe and China. As so, some items might need a longer proccecing time. All items will be shipped within 5-10 working days. For product that are "custom made"please add 3-4 days. For products that are sold out or currently unavailable we will do our best to fulfil your order as soon as possible!

If the product you desire appears as ‘unavailable’ you can:

● submit a message within our contact us section

& someone from our team will reach out to you as soon as we have restocked.

If you do not receive your order within 20 working days (internationally) of ordering contact us at: ​info@synchro2.com

Kindly note, we are not responsible for delayed deliveries as we work with prestigious courier companies.

As a customer, you consent to accept and pay for items / orders which may have had a delayed delivery or arrived during an undesired time slot.

Please note that some items cannot be shipped to some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations. 

The list of restricted countries may change depending on world events, but for now, we don’t ship to the following destinations: 

  • Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine

  • Russia

  • Belarus

  • Ecuador

  • Cuba

  • Iran

  • Syria

  • North Korea 

Please note, that Russia’s war in Ukraine severely limits shipping to Ukraine. 

Due to the impacts related to the Covid-19 pandemic and other unrelated service disruptions, our shipping carriers also don’t offer international shipping to the following countries (last updated on Oct 26, 2022):

  • Afghanistan

  • Bhutan

  • Brunei

  • Chad

Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase!

If for some reason you wish to return your purchase, you are eligible for a refund  within (14) days of receipt for items shipped internationally.

BREAKDOWN OF POLICY

Order Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order within ​1 day​ of placing the order by sending us an email at ​info@synchro2.com Cancellations of orders already shipped will not be accepted – you will be charged the shipping & return costs of the parcel.

Product Returns

You have the ability to return products by emailing us at ​info@synchro2.com with the following information:

● Your full name
● Style number
● Reason for return

Items must be in its original condition, tags and packaging included

Once your item(s) reaches our warehouse, please allow 4 – 5 business days for us to process the return. Once your return is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Refunds are subject to the below conditions:

(a) Refund requests must be made within (14) days of receipt for items shipped internationally. The return must be accompanied by a fully completed return form sent by email to ​info@synchro2.com

(b) Items must be returned in the original packaging. Returned items must be in a new and unused condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return and a refund if the goods are deemed to have been used or damaged or if the original packaging has been damaged.

(c) The returned product must be accompanied by the original purchase document (retail receipt or invoice).
